Fabrication Capabilities

1 plasma and 2 CNC Oxy-Fuel cutting machines with travels up to 20 foot by 40 foot and up to 15 inch thick steel. Shearing equipment with capacities up to 1 inch thick by 12 foot wide. Press brake equipment up to 1 inch thick by 14 foot wide. Plate bending rolls up to 1 inch by 10 foot capacity.  18 inch min diameter. 6 weld positioners with capacities to 20 tons each. Complete MIG, TIG, Sub-Arc and SAW welding equipment. Stress relieving ovens with capacities up to 16 foot wide by 12 foot high by 50 foot long. Straightening presses up to 400 ton capacity.
